What we check
-360 degree exterior visible check for vandalism, gutter and soffit check, emptying mailbox, check pool water level and equipment, landscaping and irrigation check and more.
-Interior check: AC and thermostat is set on owner request, check windows for leak and damage, check for rodent or insect activity, visual check for mold and mildew, smoke detector battery check
-Kitchen: under sink check for leak or rodent, running water in the kitchen (if main water valve isn't shut off) check garbage disposal, refrigerator and freezer
Bathroom: check for leak under the vanity, running water in shower and vanity(if main water valve isn't shut off), check for mold and mildew, check for rodent and insect activity, check for leaking toilet
Utility Room and Garage: check for tripped breakers in the electrical panel, check water heater, check washer for leak and dryer for clogged vent
